This included providing three full-time Environmental Compliance Inspectors (ECIs) during the height of construction activities. As the ECM during preconstruction activities, aci provided oversight for the preparation of two minor NEPA Reevaluations and archeological investigations of 19 high probability areas. aci env consulting also presented environmental training for over 1,500 project personnel and prepared the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWP3) for the project.

During construction activities, the aci team responded to multiple hazardous material spills, performed biweekly stormwater inspections, and coordinated with adjacent property owners during construction to ensure property protection and environmental compliance.
